When Gloria and Huston Ferguson bought a breathtaking, 130-acre piece of property in South Central Kentucky four years ago, they never envisioned of someday opening a quiet, relaxing getaway-a place where people could fall in love, celebrate their honeymoon, enjoy nature, relax in the country, or even hunt. However, one thing lead to another, a dream was born, and now their dream can be enjoyed as your reality when you stay at Cedar Ridge B&B Retreat.
The bed and breakfast portion of the home includes two spacious bedrooms, while the retreat area comfortably fits 8 to 13. If additional space is required by parties in the B&B or retreat, two additional rooms on the main floor are available.
Comfortable and Cozy
It doesn't take long to realize that Cedar Ridge B&B Retreat is a world apart from most similar getaways. Unlike many B&Bs that are set up in stately, Victorian homes decorated with antiques, our B&B/retreat is in a cozy, modern home decorated in a contemporary style and laden with amenities.
Our B&B/retreat is unique in offering a 4-foot X 9-foot steam room, 22-foot X 16-foot workout room, outdoor hot tub, Our retreat also is distinctive in that we're located on 130 acres of picturesque land that is ideal for hiking, bird watching, and hunting.
Nature is so untouched here that our customers often catch glimpses of the many forms of wildlife that are abundant in the Bluegrass State, as well as hear the wondrous sounds of tree frogs, bull frogs, owls, whip-poor-wills, coyotes, and more.
If that's not enough, we're located just 40 minutes from the famous National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green for those car lovers, and just a half-hour's drive from the many antique shops of Auburn. Simply put, there's no place quite like our place.
Our Rates and Policies
- We are available for customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Rates vary per season, with charges ranging from $75 to $100 per night for a room in the B&B and $250 per night for the retreat.
- Hunters must pay the retreat or B&B fee, plus $50 for each hunter, per day. Hunters also are required to show current licensing at time of check-in. We will provide a hunting guide upon request, with fee to be determined.
- Only cash and checks are accepted.
- Check-in time is 3:00pm; check-out time, 11:00am
- Smoking is permitted only outside on the porches. Guns must be cleaned outside.
- Customers desiring to bring pets are asked to call first.
